DISTRIC LUPEL’S PURPOSE IS TO INCREASE QUEBEC’S FOOD AUTONOMY THROUGH AN FOOD-PROCESSING ECOSYSTEM THAT FOSTERS INNOVATION, COLLABORATION AND THE COHABITATION OF THESE DIFFERENT PLAYERS

The purpose of this initiative is to :

• Allow local companies to continue to innovate
• Helping new businesses grow quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Encourage the growth of local initiatives that alleviate supply concerns while offering accessible products to consumers
• Supporting producers and processors in a concrete way
• Access to different co-manufacturers
• To provide adapted and multipurpose spaces
• Support in the development of new products
