A trifluvian office for Cintech agroalimentaire

CINTECH AGROALIMENTAIRE, THE TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER CENTER SPECIALIZING IN FOOD PROCESSING, IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THE OPENING OF ITS FIRST SATELLITE OFFICE. IT WILL BE LOCATED AT THE ROYAL BUSINESS CENTER IN THE HALO INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURIAL DISTRICT IN TROIS RIVIÈRES. THE FIRST OF CINTECH AGROALIMENTAIRE’S NEW RESOURCES TO BE BASED OUTSIDE ITS OFFICE IN Saint-Hyacinthe, ADDING TO ITS TEAM OF SOME FIFTY RESEARCHERS AND SPECIALISTS.

The establishment of this satellite office is an initiative stemming from an agreement between Cintech agroalimentaire and Innovation et Développement économique (IDE) Trois-Rivières. The aim of this partnership is to offer agri-food technical consulting and biotechnology solutions to companies in the Mauricie region. It aims to create added value for these companies through three strategic axes: support in carrying out their projects, partnership and sharing of international networks, and promotion and animation among companies and partners.

This collaboration between the two entities will enable them to ally themselves with local strengths to better serve companies in the region. These companies will be able to increase their innovation and competitiveness in the agri food industry, thanks to Cintech agroalimentaire’s support in research and development, consumer/sensory research and technology transfer.
