By joining forces, the two Maskoutain companies will generate progress through the creation of innovative products and the development of new technologies around the capture and encapsulation of flavors and aromas, all embodied in a new concept: “La Fabrique des saveurs & aromes”. This innovation unit was created in response to the market’s need for co-manufacturer solutions.
This collaboration, based on the pooling of tools, expertise and technologies, also aims to accelerate the transformation of the Quebec honey industry, which has been at the heart of the Dubreuil family’s business for almost a century.
